Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) reported lower sales this November compared to October with only 21,752 vehicles versus October’s 22,736 units.
It is also a 10.8% drop from the 24,374 units in the same month last year and a 1.7% decline in year-to-date sales which only totaled 247,768 vehicles.
A slight uptick of 0.09% on a Daily Selling Rate (DSR) basis with only 23 selling days in November this year, compared to 26 the year prior.
Mazda CX-5, a fourth-time Car and Driver’s 10Best winner, had a strong performance for the month.
CPO sales totaled 5,115 units in November, reflecting a .04% increase compared to November last year, posting its best November.
Mazda Motor de Mexico’s November sales of 5,768 units, is also comparably lower from the same month last year showing a 6.9% drop. Year-to-date sales is 23.8% lower, with only 41,274 vehicles sold, according to PR Newswire.
