Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG) has been named one of the 2022’s Top Ten Workplaces in the Bay Area, according to research and a survey completed through Energage in partnership with the San Francisco Chronicle.

According to Businesswire, DGDG was listed in sixth place in the "large company" category of the survey and was recognized particularly for its outstanding training.

“DGDG is incredibly proud to win Top Workplace honors again this year,” DGDG CEO Jeremy Beaver said,  according to Businesswire. “The companies and competition get tougher each year. This award continues to be a testament to the hard work and dedication our entire team puts in to taking care of each other and our guests.”

The survey included more than 21,000 employees and 126 "highly rated organizations" from which to choose winners based on the results of an annual feedback completed solely by employees. Aspects that were measured for the survey included "alignment, company values, leadership, execution and communication."

According to Businesswire, DGDG attributes the recognition as the work of "amazing team members for cultivating an award-winning workplace centered on four core values: integrity, caring, performance and efficiency."

“Ensuring we have the best possible workplace for our team continues to be our daily focus and will only get stronger as we continue to grow,” Beaver added, according to Businesswire. “With our recent growth and first-to-market automotive technology launches, we are positioned for a very bright future.”

DGDG has added four new dealerships in the last year and plans to continue its growth in dealerships, its commitment to its employees and customers, and supporting community causes.
