Diehl Automotive Group of Butler, Pennsylvania, has announced the addition of three new dealerships acquired from two transactions, bringing Chevy, Toyota and Kia to the automotive group's selection.

"We closed on Diehl Kia of Hermitage today and I am so excited to welcome the team at Kia to our family," Corina Diehl, CEO of Diehl Automotive, said during the acquisition. "What an amazing addition."

According to Diehl, the company's customer-first approach is vital to expanding its footprint and financial growth.

“We firmly believe that our customer‐first focus will increase sales and service in the region and be well received by consumers in our new trade area,” Diehl said in a statement. “We’re very excited to meet our new customers and get involved in the community."

Diehl Automotive Group acquired Chevrolet, Toyota and Kia stores in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, from Taylor Auto Group owner Matthew Taylor.

The first two stores, Chevy and Toyota, were purchased on May 25. The third location, a Kia store, was purchased in early June and includes a collision center. The stores now carry the new names Diehl Chevrolet of Hermitage, Diehl Toyota of Hermitage and Diehl Kia of Hermitage.

Diehl Automotive currently owns and operates a total of more than five locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
