Maserati Levante is getting creative in order to achieve big goals with a new hybrid SUV that includes the option to customize a car using three different types of trim.
In a YouTube video featuring actor and rapper Jaime Lorente, the luxury vehicle company announced the all-new Maserati Levante Hybrid, which features optimized customization for unique hybrid cars that vary from person to person. The three new Modena trim options combine sporty and stylish with Maserati's high-quality performance.
“To this day I keep looking for the goal to find the right path," Lorente said in the video. "Because choosing the easiest path sometimes does not take you to the best destination. Excellence can be reached by searching for authenticity. Excellence was often in the craftsmanship of the genuine and above all whatever connects you to people. You won’t reach new objectives by staying in your comfort zone. I always try to push my limits.”
Customers can use a function on Maserati's website to build their own car, choosing from different styles of the Levante, Modena, Modena S and Trufeo to create a personalized driving experience.
In partnership with the Spanish actor, Levante gets its name from the Spanish word for "east," but is more commonly associated with the winds from Almería in the south and Girona in the northeastern region of Spain. Using its connection to the wind, Maserati created the Levante taking inspiration from the Mediterranean wind that can change from calm to gale in an instant. As a member of the newest line in the Maserati family, the Levante stands as a top-performance SUV with a max speed of 156 mph and accelerates in 5.8 seconds.
