As Rolls-Royce Motor Cars experiences its highest annual sales ever, the company announced development of its first electronic vehicle. Rolls-Royce has redesigned its brand starting with Mayfair in London.

According to Motor Trader, Rolls-Royce increased sales by 49% in 2021—as per the manufacturer. In addition to increasing sales with involves virtual videos, Rolls-Royce has redefined its branding and overhauled dealerships from Shanghai to London.

"This has been a truly historic year for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars," CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös said in Motor Trader. "In the past 12 months, we have recorded our highest-ever annual sales, launched the latest addition to our Black Badge family, stunned the world with our coachbuilding capabilities and made huge strides into our all-electric future."

In 2021, Rolls-Royce also experienced another landmark event with the announcement of its first ever electric car called the Spectre. A first of its kind in its class, Rolls-Royce is working hard to keep up with the ever-increasing zero emission models that others like Tesla have popularized with the elite buyers.

"I wish to extend my thanks and congratulations to each and every one of them: It is my privilege and pleasure to work alongside them every day."

The company said that it will increase investments in manufacturing and manpower to prepare for its all-electric future.
