Race car drivers Marc Miller and Mario Farnbacher hit the podium after finishing second place at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach while driving their Acura NSX GT3 Evo22.

The duo's No. 66 Gradient Racing Acura NSX GT3 Evo22 promoted Acura's four-part anime series called "Chiaki's Journey." The series showcased the brand new lineup of Acura Type S performance vehicles "that is driven by a young hero's quest to overcome multiple challenges on her path toward victory," Acura officials said in an April 4 press release.

Acura Motorsports and Honda Performance Development have nine sports car victories on record at the Grand Prix of Long Beach, which is second to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, according to the release.

"This total includes three Long Beach wins for Acura, and six under the HPD umbrella," officials say in the release. "The victories all came in a consecutive, six-year period from 2008-13, and included 'double wins' [triumphs in both LMP1 and LMP2] in 2009, 2012 and 2013.
