American race car driver Marc Miller made it to the podium on April 10 at the Gradient Racing Acura NSX GT3 Evo22 race event.

Paired with driver Mario Farnbacher, Miller finished the 100-minute IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in second place, according to Acura News.

"Long Beach is always tough, tough circuit," Miller said, according to Acura News. "After having a car that could have finished on the podium at both of the first two races this year [Daytona and Sebring], this proves that both Acura and the team belong here and deserve to be standing on the podium and spray champagne. We are really thankful to all the guys in Acura for helping us put this together at their home turf and we really would love to do more!"

Miller was the starter with Farnbacher closing. Together, the pair gained four positions driving the No. 66 NSX during the short event to mark their place in second, according to Acura News.

The No. 66 Gradient Racing Acura NSX GT3 Evo22 promotes Acura's four-part anime series called "Chiaki's Journey," according to Acura News. "Set at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, the series showcases the all-new lineup of Acura Type S performance vehicles that is driven by a young hero's quest to overcome multiple challenges on her path toward victory," Acura News reports.
