With the new Jailbreak packages for the 2022 Dodge Charger and Challenger, several previously restricted option combinations have been unlocked.

In addition, the cars’ horsepower will be increased from to 807 from 797, according to a report from Car and Driver.

"We are going to let customers run free through the styling archives,” Tim Kuniskis, Dodge Brand CEO - Stellantis, told SlashGear. “We’re taking most of the parts and pieces we’ve used over the years, adding a few new ones and letting customers build their own ‘One of One’ vehicle.”

The Jailbreak option will also allow new previously restricted color choices for both exterior and interior features, according to Car and Driver.

There are about 20 categories of custom options unlocked by the Jailbreak packages, such as body stripes, seven options for the seats, four steering wheel options and six colors for brake calipers, among others, SlashGear reported.

Both the 2022 Dodge Charger and Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody Jailbreak models will be available for customers to order by the end of 2021.
