Chicago's CarDr.com, Inc., has unveiled its newest automotive technology solution, a smartphone Vehicle Appraisal Application.

The Vehicle Appraisal Application smartphone system, used together with a pocket-sized Bluetooth on-board diagnostics (OBD) scanner, offers original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accuracy appraisal, vehicle inspection reports, reliability ratings and fair market valuations.
