Carriage Kia Automotive Group in Atlanta tapped Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo to endorse the dealership and promote its 2021 Kia Telluride.

David Basha, Kia franchise owner, is a football fan and is pleased with the opportunity to work with Koo. The Falcons kicker will also be the spokesperson for the brand.

"We're happy he's a part of our team now, and we also look forward to another Atlanta Falcons season soon," said Kenny Pyle, Carriage Kia Sales Manager.

The Kia Telluride has brought several honors to the brand. It was the first sport-utility vehicle to have earned the "Triple Crown" in the auto industry: It has been named the "2020 North American Utility Vehicle of the Year" from North American Car of the Year, "MotorTrend SUV of the Year" and "Car and Driver's 10 Best" awards, according to Cision PR Newswire.

The Carriage Kia dealership in Gainesville, Georgia, was established in 2007 immediately after it received franchise approval in the same year. The facility was built with the most modern architectural and aesthetic designs acquired from newly fabricated materials.

Koo, who became the first kicker in Georgia Southern history to be named a finalist for the Lou Groza Award (presented annually to the top college football placekicker in the U.S.), is one of only four NFL players who was born in South Korea. He signed with Atlanta Falcons in 2019.
