Herman Cook Volkswagen of Encinitas, California has been named a Top Rated Dealer for 2021 by Massachusetts-based automotive research and shopping website CarGurus.
The San Diego-area's Volkswagen dealership has been in business for more than 50 years and was recognized by CarGurus for achieving an impressive customer satisfaction rating, according to a press release issued by Herman Cook VW.
“As a family-owned dealership, we take pride in our reputation and the way that we treat our customers,” Herman Cook Volkswagen General Manager Connor Cook said in the release. “We strive to provide outstanding customer service and the best selection of cars, which we offer at prices that are a great value. This award is reflective of our efforts and is greatly appreciated.”
Being in the area for 54 years, the dealership is essentially a fixture in Encinitas, participating and sponsoring many local events including the Encinitas Half Marathon, Surfing Madonna Beach Run, Cardiff Kook 5K/10K, the Turkey Trot and San Diego Vintage VW Cruises. The business is also involved in the local YMCA and SDSU athletics.
This is not the first time Herman Cook Volkswagen achieved a high satisfaction rating from car shoppers. The dealership has previously been honored with the same award.
Recently, the dealership has added Cook Motorsports as its newest division and is the only APR-authorized Volkswagen dealer in Encinitas.
