Opening this spring, HGreg’s Tampa Bay area regional fulfillment center and storefront will be situated on a 10-acre property in Brandon.
Specifically, it will be located at 1207 East Brandon Boulevard in Brandon, Hillsborough County, which will be the site of a 42,000-square-foot building and is expected to house an inventory of over 1,000 pre-owned vehicles, according to Businesswire.
The location will be home for both HGregoire and HGreg.com
“U.S. expansion continues to be a top priority. We’ve been exploring an expansion into the Tampa Bay area for quite some time,” John Hairabedian, president of HGreg, told Businesswire. “We knew the right opportunity would come to set up a good base, and we couldn't be more optimistic about the future.”
The construction has started, and the company is investing over $30 million for this expansion.
