Sonic Automotive subsidiary EchoPark Automotive has earned a 2021 DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award for outstanding customer service as rated by online consumer reviews, the company said in a press release.
The award was given to EchoPark locations in Thornton, Centennial and Colorado Springs, Colorado; Charlotte, North Carolina, and Texas locations including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and New Braunfels, according to the release.

Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to the top 10% of U.S. new-car dealers based on their performance during the previous calendar year.
