Morrie's Auto Group expanded its dealership holdings by acquiring a company that has six locations in western Wisconsin.

The Minnesota-based dealer said in a February release that it purchased the Brenengen Auto Group, which was based in West Salem, Wisconsin.

"We are excited about the opportunity to work with Don and the existing Brenengen team to continue to grow the business and realize benefits for our collective customers, employees, and brand partners," Morrie's Auto Group CEO Lance Iserman said in the release.

Since 2016, Morrie's has acquired 10 locations, including the deal with Brenengen's founders, Don and Cheryl Brenengen and the Brenengen Auto Group's management team.

"Brenengen is a natural complement to our existing business and has similar values rooted in a no-haggle, best-price approach and a focus on customer experience, community partnership, and overall culture," Iserman said.

Don Brenengen said that he and his team are looking forward to working with Morrie's and share the standards that both organizations believe in, including Morrie's "culture of innovation and customer service," as well as its profound industry experience, according to Morrie's press release.
