Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City recently earned one of DealerRater's 2021 Consumer Satisfaction Awards for the dealership's effort in providing first-rate customer service, including virtual delivery of services.
The DealerRater's Consumer Satisfaction Award distinguishes the top 10% of auto dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada, based on online reviews focusing on dealerships' efficiency in delivering exceptional customer service, Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City said in a release.
The Kansas City auto dealer managed to improve customer service "to suit the shifting needs of both in-person and remote guest," the company release said.
Aside from the rigorous cleaning and safety measures for in-person transactions, the dealership said that it provided home services where workers would pick up and return a customer's vehicle for maintenance.
This year's award included consideration of how dealers have shown outstanding services despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dealerships that won an award this year recognized the need to enhance the capability to reach out and serve customers and use a digital avenue to accommodate transactions that DealerRater prioritized, according to the release.
