Massachusetts' Kelly Infiniti has been given the Dealer of the Year and Consumer Satisfaction awards by DealerRater, it was announced on kellyauto.com.
These awards are given across the U.S. and Canada to auto dealerships that have received first-hand ratings by consumers in terms of customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing and overall experience.
“More than 1 million car shoppers wrote a review on DealerRater.com in 2020, recognizing those dealerships that strived for an outstanding customer experience, and Kelly Infiniti stood out among peers in Massachusetts,” DealerRater General Manager Jamie Oldershaw said in the announcement. “In today’s stay-at-home economy, it is critical for dealerships to deliver customer experiences that meet shifting shopper expectations and Kelly Infiniti provided superior customer service in 2020.”
DealerRater is a car-dealer review and reputation-management platform and company of Cars.com, according to the announcement.
Kelly Infiniti is located at 155 Andover St., Route 114, in Danvers, Mass.
