Jim Ellis Automotive Group in Atlanta earned a 2021 Consumer Satisfaction Award by DealerRater for its Volvo Cars of Marietta store, according to a press release.
DealerRater’s Consumer Satisfaction Award identifies the top 10% of auto dealerships that provide outstanding customer service based on online reviews, according to the release.
“The success of our dealership would not be possible without our team of hard-working technicians, sales personnel, finance and the rest of our hard-working staff,” Volvo Cars of Marietta General Manager Michael Gerbick said in the release. “Our mission is to always exceed customer expectations, from the moment they walk in through the door to after they receive the keys to their new Volvo."
