John Smith Jr. of Smith Auto Group recently purchased Acura of Athens and Volvo of Athens, Ga., from Charles Middleton through the help of Performance Brokerage Services.
“The car business is all about relationships and I have developed a great one with George Chaconas of Performance Brokerage Services," Smith said in a press release of the exclusive advisor for the buyer in this transaction. "I hired George to identify buying opportunities and he introduced me to Acura and Volvo of Athens in Georgia. It was a perfect fit as I graduated from the University of Georgia.”
Chaconas is the Southeast Partner for Performance Brokerage Services.
“I am sure he will contribute to the community and be highly successful,” Chaconas said of Smith in the release. “I wish John and his team good luck.”
Performance Brokerage Services has represented more than 200 automotive dealerships in the last five years.
