Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) CEO Liza Borches sent a personal video message to loyal customers who helped the Virginia-based dealership group navigate 2020.

“From the customer who purchased from us in Bangor, Maine, and allowed us to deliver to them after we got a negative COVID test, of course, to the customer who needed a loaner car on Christmas Day and our general manager made that happen, we are so grateful to each and every one of you who put your trust in CMA for all your automotive needs this past year,” Borches said.

Borches thanked all 15,000 customers who purchased from the dealerships throughout Virginia.

The automotive company also did not forget the trust that was given by more than 130,000 customers who needed services on their vehicles.

“The best way for us to show our gratitude is for us to constantly become better,” Borches said. "To better understand your transportation needs, to better value your time and to better listen to how you want to do business with us in the future. Thank you for supporting all of us at CMA -- all 700 associates, all 16 dealerships and even our three dealership dogs. We look forward to understanding and exceeding your expectations in 2021.”
