Mega Dealer News is looking for insights from auto dealers, but time is running out to take part in a survey.
The online survey runs through Jan. 29 and seeks feedback on Zurich’s F&I product offerings to dealers, which have changed dramatically.
Survey questions include, “What level of service do you want from your F&I provider?”
Also asked on the survey: “On a scale of 1 (No needs met) to 7 (All needs met), how well does Zurich’s current F&I products, services and support model fit your needs?”
The comment section asks for auto dealers' thoughts on “Zurich's F&I offering and value proposition.”
The insights will be shared with survey respondents if you include your email in the comments section of the final question.
