Performance Brokerage Services recently helped in the sale of Mack Grubbs' Motors of Columbia, Mississippi, to Walt Massey Auto Group.
“I am happy, and proud, to have exclusively represented Mack Grubbs in the sale of his dealerships outside of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, especially during the pandemic," George Chaconas of Performance Brokerage Services said in a press release. “It was a pleasure working with him and his family to plan for the future.”
Both Grubbs and Massey are pleased to have worked with Chaconas on the sale of Mack Grubbs Motors.
"If it weren’t for George, this deal might not have happened," Massey said. "I called him for advice on a different matter and he talked about an opportunity I should not pass up. He was exactly right, and I am grateful to him and his team."
The dealerships will remain at their current locations in East Columbia, under the new name Walt Massey Chevrolet Buick GMC, Walt Massey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Walt Massey Ford, according to the release.
