For the seventh year in a row, Utah Business named Young Automotive Group as one of the Best Companies to Work For, along with the other 61 companies in various categories.
Young Automotive Group is one of the 13 companies that have been recognized in the large company category. Businesses that have 501 to 2,500 employees are included in the large company group.
Winslow Young, Automotive Group’s marketing director, received the award during the recently held 2020 Best Companies To Work For live-streamed event.
Employees told Utah Business that they love the company’s flexible schedules, professional training, profit sharing, employee discounts, work autonomy, family environment and spiffs.
“They go above and beyond to acknowledge performance and really try to reward employees that work hard. It feels good to work hard and be acknowledged for it. They are also amazing with improvement and opportunities to move up throughout the company,” employees said.
