Foundation Automotive Corp. has completed its purchase of Destination Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram North Shore, adding to its British Columbia stable.
The two sides made their deal official on Oct. 1, with plans for the new dealership to operate under the name Foundation North Vancouver Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, according to PR Newswire.

Those close to Foundation credit its recent growth to an “innovative business model that has proven resilient” over the years, including the current climate. The latest FCA purchase in North Vancouver marks the company’s 20th acquisition.

Since opening its doors nearly four decades ago, Destination Chrysler has prided itself on providing customers with the information they need to make their most informed purchases. Company officials insist nothing about that will change with Foundation Automotive now at the controls.
