Shane Huffman, Neil Huffman Automotive Group’s managing partner, announced with a heavy heart the passing of Dow Huffman due to complications of skin cancer.
“It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my uncle and colleague Dow Huffman,” Shane Huffman, managing partner, said. “Dow has been with Neil Huffman Automotive Group since 1980 where he began his career as a salesman at the Volkswagen store on Dixie Highway. Under the leadership of his father, Neil, Dow helped grow the business to add new dealerships and to become one of the most recognized automotive groups in the region.”
Dow will be remembered as someone who has been keen on automotive industry matters and a leader who has been committed to bringing the company to its continuous growth and success.
Visitation was held Sept. 30 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Pearson Funeral Home, 149 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville. A private family service and interment was held Oct. 31, according to neilhuffman.com.
