Lia Auto Group’s school supply drive is extended until Saturday, Oct. 31, according to a Facebook post.
The Lia School Supply Drive aims to provide as many school items needed by Capital Region elementary schools to aid faculties and parents in this school year.
Lia is encouraging the community to donate notebooks, pens, pencils, art supplies such as boxes of crayons, glue sticks, pairs of scissors, construction papers and tapes. Hand sanitizers or wipes are also included in the list of necessities this school year.
Donations can be dropped off at any local Lia dealerships.
The auto group also offers a contactless pick up of within 25 miles of Albany. A simple online form should be filled out to initiate the request.
Lia thanks its customers and members who have supported their advocacy since the campaign’s launch this month.
Lia Hyundai of Albany is one of 22 Lia locations, that is very much prepared to receive the contributions from the community for the Lia School Supply Drive.
