Cars.com has released its 2020 Car Seat Check Honor Roll which guides everyone, parents in particular, on the best new and used cars for car seats.

Fourteen out of 87 new vehicles that have been tested made it to the 2020 Best New Cars for Car Seats while cars from the 2014-19 model years earned all A’s in Cars.com’s Car Seat Checks.

BMW X7, Chevrolet Equinox, Hyundai Santa Fe, Jaguar I-Pace, Jeep Cherokee, Lexus ES-350, Nissan Maxima and Murano, Subaru Forester, Toyota 4Runner, Avalon, and RAV4, Volkswagen Atlas, and Volvo V60 are the 14 vehicles that have been recognized by Cars.com's certified car seat technicians that make it easy to install car seats, according to PR Newswire.

"Since COVID-19 began, families are relying on their cars more than ever. Cars have become our mobile bubbles and a critical piece of navigating our way through the pandemic," Jenni Newman, Cars.com editor-in-chief and certified child-passenger safety technician, said. "As a certified child-passenger safety technician, it feels like I've seen it all when it comes to car seat mistakes. Car seats can be confusing, but getting them right is so important, especially now as families spend more time on the road."

Subaru Impreza, Volkswagen Tiguan, Genesis G90 and Ford Taurus are among the best used cars for car seats listed by Cars.com.
