Sheehy Hagerstown has donated $1,500 to Meritus Healthcare Foundation in support of the organization’s compassion fatigue rooms for the health care workers at Meritus.

The compassion fatigue rooms will be allocated to be the workers’ safe spaces to rest, “reboot,” and refresh their mind, a much-needed timeout for themselves. They need to take care of themselves to be able to give their best at work.

During this pandemic, the dealership salutes the health workers and appreciates them for what they do. It is honored to have the opportunity to donate to Meritus, according to its Facebook post.

Apart from this donation, the dealership has offered in the past months, 50% off all vehicle and maintenance services (up to a maximum $500 discount) to health workers.

Sheehy Hagerstown has been very active in providing time and effort to give back to the community such as conducting food drives to support local food banks, campaigning for toy donations for the less fortunate children, and encouraging the community to stay fit.
