Fred Beans Automotive Group has been recognized as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in the Greater Philadelphia region for the second time in a row.
It is one of the seven companies in the extra-large category (those with 500 or more employees) named among the top places to work in the region, according to a press release from Fred Beans.
The list, which was ranked by employee feedback and includes 90 organizations from across Greater Philadelphia, was compiled by the Philadelphia Business Journal in collaboration with Quantum Workplace.
Company culture, compensation and benefits and trust in senior leadership were among the benchmarks gauged in the survey.
During these unrelenting times, Fred Beans has instituted safety protocols to protect both its customers and employees. With this, Beth Beans Gilbert, company vice president, is thankful to its employees for staying committed to making each day "Better at Beans."
