Zeigler: Giving customers a unique experience is important

Zeigler Automotive Group President Aaron Zeigler joined David K. Whitlock in The Carpreneur Podcast and shared the Zeigler Motorsports’ success story.

In the podcast, Zeigler relives how he was able to acquire the previous motorsports dealership with only a few people on the team.

Zeigler told Whitlock that they had to change the hiring process such as getting people that were good in sales with the right background. Additionally, they had to invest time to educate their team members with the product line up as well as change the whole culture process. He had to make sure that everyone is focused on working with the customer and providing them the best experience.

“Give them the experience that they never had anywhere else,” Zeigler said.

The company is looking at continuously growing the motorsports dealership from its current number of 360 units sold per month from a previous 40 units and increasing it to 400 and more.

Aside from ensuring that they will provide the best experience to its customer, the Zeigler Auto Group also looks after its employees. Just recently, it has awarded a total of $100,000 to its chosen recipients as part of its Family Scholarship Program, which is open to all its employees, and its employees’ family members.
