Katharine B. Garff is now chair of Garff Enterprises, Inc. named by its board of directors, according to kengarff.com.
The board looks forward to an upward direction under her wing as it acknowledges her capability to lead the team and continue her support that she has been demonstrating ever since.
“It is an honor to have Kathi Garff at the helm of Garff Enterprises and to serve as its chair,” according to a statement by the board in a release from Ken Garff. “She has long been the heart of this company, with an intuitive sense that has guided her husband and has helped Ken Garff Automotive continue to grow and influence each community in which it operates. We look forward to many more years of growth under her proven leadership and experience.”
Katharine Garff’s leadership roles include being the director of the Robert H. and Katharine B. Garff Foundation and Utah State Board of Education’s former chair.
Garff replaces her husband, Robert, who recently died.
