Friendly Honda has earned the 2019 President’s Award achieving the prestigious recognition from Honda for the ninth time.
It has received the award six times in a row from 2008 to 2013 and has repeatedly gained the distinction for 2015 and 2017.
Friendly Honda has once again upheld the commitment to excellence and successfully achieved the goals set forth by Honda which were placed to ensure that dealerships are able to always deliver remarkable customer service to increase customer satisfaction. In fact, some of the criteria were based on feedback from the customer experience.
The yearly award is presented to dealerships that have completed all the objectives and have ranked among the top 15% countrywide.
The Friendly Honda team is ready to accommodate showroom visits every Monday to Thursday at 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
