Beaming with pride, Friendly Acura of Middletown has announced that it earned a 2019 Acura Experience Silver Award.
Together with the trophy, the dealership, on June 12, has also received a message from Mamadou Diallo, Assistant VP of Acura National Sales congratulating the whole team for achieving over 90% on the various criteria measured when the mystery shopping was conducted at the store.

Your team was mystery-shopped for Sales and Service and evaluated by your zone teams and found to achieve 90% plus on the multitude of client touchpoints that we measure. You share this honor with only 115 other dealerships," the note read.
Friendly Acura of Middletown, who just joined the Friendly Auto Group in December of 2015, is also a two-time awardee of CarGurus Top Rated Dealers.
