With the current situation where numerous showrooms needed to close, dealers have resorted to leveraging the digital world, such as offering online sales and contactless consumer experience including showing the vehicles through Zoom, and delivering the cars to the customer’s doorstep for test drives, which may continue post-COVID-19.
