Servco is proud to be a first-time awardee of the Customer Delight Excellence Award (CDEA) Silver Trophy.

CDEA is an honor granted to Toyota Global Distributors who earn clients’ trust leading to an increase of customer loyalty.

This 2019 award received by Servco is recognition from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) of Toyota Hawaii Dealers’ fervent efforts and commitment to continuously improve their customers’ service experience, a positive result of the Kodawari program launched by TMC and Servco in the Hawaii market.

The program’s name, “Kodawari” which means “something that a person persists in doing,” has been and remains to be the team’s compass in making sure that Servco continues to uphold a remarkable customer experience, which is primarily the foundation of the Hawaii dealerships’ standardization.   

Servco dedicates the CDEA Silver Trophy to its Toyota and Lexus customer service team and is grateful to Servco Auto Customer Service, Servco Auto Parts Center and Hawaii Dealers.
