Despite the economic downturn brought about by COVID-19, Findlay Automotive Group has not laid off any of its over 2,200 employees distributed across 32 dealerships in six states.

Additionally, all Findlay employees are still receiving their paychecks and are able to keep their benefits, including the numerous team members from Nevada showrooms that have been ordered closed by the governor.

Findlay Automotive’s CFO Tyler Corder stresses that their entire business model is built around the great customer experience provided by their employees. Hence, taking care of their people is essential. He is also hopeful about the future.

“We really feel we have the best employees in the auto business. They’re a group of loyal hard-working people. It’s important for them to provide for their families so we’re going to protect them for as long as we can. We’re optimistic that business will return to normal soon and hopefully we can retain all of our staff until that time. We will come through this together, and will return even stronger on the other side," he said.
