#1 Cochran proudly shares how West Hills Nissan sales consultant Paige Hashman drives excellence at work.
Hashman, a 2019 recipient of the Margaret E. Cochran Standards of Value award, sends out thank you notes to her customers twice a week. She also makes sure that she pays close attention to the services needed by the customers either of those walking in or calling on the phone. Customers are grateful for meeting Hashman and the opportunity to have been served by her.
In return, she attributes her work motivation to the people she met who makes her want to be a better person and make the automotive business a better industry.
“After receiving the [Standards of Value] award in December, the outpouring of love and support from this entire company was surreal,” she said. “I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else."
