Kelly Ross, Morgan Automotive Group’s chief financial officer, has been working around the clock during these unprecedented times to keep the company in business.
Her hard work and dedication will not go unnoticed as she has been nominated by Chairman Larry Morgan to be the first team member to be featured in Morgan’s “Above and Beyond” spotlight.
Ross has been with Morgan since 2005 and was named CFO in 2009 when Morgan had six dealerships. Morgan currently has 37 dealerships across Florida and Missouri, and Ross has been vital in the dealership expansion while also supporting Morgan’s construction and insurance companies.
Even with her responsibility to the company, Ross still finds time to be an active member of various industry and community organizations including the Children’s Cancer Center, the Helping Hands Fund, and the Charity Polo Classic.
Each week, Morgan Auto will be sending their appreciation to a team member who is constantly demonstrating an “Above and Beyond” performance during this COVID-19 crisis.
