The eighth annual Automotive News’ 40 Under 40 list included Melisa Eichbauer, general manager of Findlay Volkswagen Henderson.
The 40 under 40 yearly program distinguishes top-performing employees in dealerships who are also demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Justin Findlay, director of operations at Findlay Auto Group, recalls the first time he met Melisa and describes how assertive she was.
