The Subaru internet manager will be handling all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads and would need to respond to emails in a professional manner. The position should be able to conceptualize and understand the psychology of online shoppers by providing them with an outstanding online customer service, which will include a demonstration of industry knowledge and subsequently lead them to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
A goal-oriented person who is willing to continuously learn and improve, has an ability to multitask, with great time management and organizational skills is fit for the role. Experience in the same capacity is not required but would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn $60,000 per year depending on performance.
