The Lewis Automotive Group has an immediate opening for a general manager for its two stores in Hays, Kansas.
He or she will be responsible for the operations and profitability of all departments and supervision of sales managers, F&I managers, digital marketing managers, service managers, and all other personnel.
A qualified candidate must have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with 5 to 7 years of solid experience at a GM level, above-average CSI and market share performance.
The successful candidate will be offered a generous compensation package and relocation assistance if needed.
