The 2020 Kia Telluride has been named the winner of Midwest Automotive Media Association’s (MAMA) 10th annual Family Vehicle of the Year award, presented during the Chicago Auto Show.
The Telluride was chosen among 19 contenders as Family Vehicle of the Year with 205 points, edging out the 2020 Hyundai Palisade with 174 points. The 2020 Subaru Outback ranked third with 69 points.
"The Midwest Automotive Media Association's membership includes some of the most prominent and respected auto journalists in the country, and they selected the Kia Telluride as the 2020 MAMA Family Vehicle of the Year over a formidable roster of contenders," MAMA President Damon Bell said in a press release. "The Telluride can add another prestigious trophy to the long list of awards it has earned this year."
The Kia Telluride also won the MotorWeek Driver’s Choice award in the Best Large Utility category.
