The Kia Telluride was recently named the Best Large Utility vehicle at MotorWeek Drivers' Choice Awards while the Kia Niro earned the Best Eco-Friendly Award.

The winners were chosen by MotorWeek editors after the vehicles had been evaluated and reviewed based on several factors such as performance, features, accommodations, price and fuel economy.

“With the Telluride, Kia has in one fell swoop gone from being underrepresented in this hugely important three-row family utility market to being the new benchmark in roominess, features and technology that seasoned rivals now must aspire to," MotorWeek creator John Davis said in a press release. "While in the Niro, we loved the fact that environmentally aware buyers can choose between Hybrid, PHEV and full-EV models. So, they can select an efficient powertrain that fits their lifestyle without giving up the Niro's stellar and equally efficient interior packaging."
