Porsche model swaps, vehicle hires extended to four more North American cities

Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Diego and Toronto consumers can now enjoy “Porsche Passport” vehicle subscription model and “Porsche Drive” premium car rental service starting September. This comes after a successful launch in Atlanta in 2017.

With a monthly subscription plan, Porsche Passport offers members unlimited swaps between models via an app with up to 20 models to choose from. Porsche Drive, on the other hand, provides customers an option for a shorter commitment such as using the car for a few hours, on a per-day basis or for a week. Customers can hire current Porsche vehicles from all six model series.

Either using a “Passport” or “Drive,” cars can be delivered and picked up by concierge in any location a customer opts to as long as it is within their service area.

“Why is Porsche creating new mobility models? Because consumers increasingly want more flexibility, more individual choice, and to have this on their mobile devices. We want these consumers to have the same superb level of Porsche experience that we provide for our customers who buy or lease,” said Klaus Zellmer, president and CEO of PCNA.
