Tricolor Auto Group improves communications through LiveEngage platform

LivePerson Automotive has announced the launching of its LiveEngage platform for Tricolor Auto Group.

The platform is a WhatsApp implementation, web and mobile messaging for the automotive dealer group. These messaging channels provide better connectivity between consumers and the dealership group.

“One of Tricolor Auto Group's goals is to make it easier for Spanish-speakers to buy a car and get reliable, trustworthy service — both of which can be complex, confusing experiences,” Mauricio Delgado, Tricolor's chief product and strategy officer, said in a press release. 

Thus, the use of LivePerson Automotive's messaging solutions supports the Auto Group's goal. Furthermore, WhatsApp's rich messaging capabilities allow both dealerships and shoppers to share relevant resources such as vehicle history reports, photos, trade valuations and credit applications directly in messaging conversations.
