Car Wars and VinSolutions have announced a partnership for improved integration that would deliver better lead management capabilities to dealers making use of both VinSolutions Connect CRM and Car Wars dealership call tracking software.
The tracking software will automatically attach a recording of outbound sales calls to an existing customer record in Connect CRM. With the software's additional feature of being able to generate and attach a transcript of the call recap, the dealership staff will be able to provide personalized customer interactions without the need to listen to every call. Furthermore, the automation is expected to result in enhanced productivity for BDC agents, salespeople and management teams, as it can streamline the lead management and process, such as enabling pre-authenticated, direct access to Car Wars reporting and insights through Connect CRM.
