50 State DMV founder and CEO Kimberly Skaggs has authored a new book that offers a master course for vehicle title clerks.
“Vehicle Title Clerk Master Course: Everything You Need to Excel as a Title Clerk" will walk new and veteran title clerks alike through the necessary process to keep the dealership competitive by ensuring all goes smoothly in new and pre-owned vehicle registration.
"This process alone is a huge step in creating satisfied customers who return to the dealership and give referrals," Skaggs said. "I created this course and wrote the book because I have worked in every position in a car dealership, including title clerk, and I wanted to help others become masters in their title clerk duties since it is such an important responsibility; the title clerk is a critical link between a dealership and the customer."
Skaggs was recognized in November as a 2018-2019 Influencer by the International Association of Women.
