AutoNation Inc., an automotive retailer with over 300 locations, has added its AutoNation Toyota Tempe location to those certified in the J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Program for 2018.
The program recognizes vehicle retailers throughout the country that exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.

To qualify for the program, the stores must rank among the top of their brand's most recent J.D. Power U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index Study. The SSI is an analysis of the new vehicle purchase process from a customer perspective.
