Proactive Dealer Solutions has helped automotive businesses -- large and small -- grow for the past 30 years.
“On the sales side, an average store increases their business about 22 percent in six months,” Barrett Schrader, vice president of sales, told Mega Dealer News. “On the services side, it’s more like 28 percent. And that’s within 90 days.”
The purpose of Proactive Dealer Solutions is to be more than just a business development center (BDC) for its clients.
“We would send a performance coach to a store; they come in and they basically roll up their sleeves and get to work,” Schrader said. “So we’re helping dealers manage accounts, do proper follow up, then set appointments and check on side traffic.”
Proactive Dealer Solutions sends service advisers to individual stores in order to build a process that will help businesses develop proper follow up with customers and learn how to effectively communicate with the customer’s end points.
“I think the biggest thing is just taking care of the client,” Schrader said. “Making sure we follow up with them. Sales people should do it, but we know the reality is they don’t all do it. So we train somebody to do it the right way and make sure we don’t let any leads fall through the cracks."
