Take a look inside the National Automobile Dealers Association’s annual convention and expo taking place through March 25 in Las Vegas.

The first day kicked off with many exciting events and workshops including the distinguished speaker series where Entheos LLC President Harry Cohen, Ph.D, talked about positive leadership and how it creates a better workplace for employees.

There was also a super session about leveraging digital giants such as Google, Facebook and Twitter, where a panel focused on using such platforms to drive sales and service. Panelists included automotive Tier 3 specialists – Peter Leto from Google, Phillip Rather from Facebook, Chad Rumminger from Twitter and Phil Sura from UnityWorks Media.

Millennial Gabrielle Bosche, of Powell Kohne Associates LLC, held a discussion about how to better communicate with the nation’s largest generation, explaining that Millennials are actually not “all about social media.”

If you missed the first discussion, Bosche will be back at it again on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
