West Herr Auto Group said it recently honored Mike Budniewski, used car sales manager at Honda Lockport in New York, in a website posting.
Budniewski s celebrating his 10-year anniversary of being at the West Herr group in September. He graduated with a business degree from SUNY Fredonia and then made the move to the automotive industry, getting his start at Nissan of Orchard Park working in sales, West Herr said in a release.
In 2012, Budniewski switched over to a finance manager role at the company’s East Aurora and Toyota stores. He then became sales manager at Kia Subaru before moving to Honda Lockport to shift into a used car sales manager role.
Budniewski said he appreciates the tight-knit family that is the West Herr group. No matter which store/location, staff are friendly and welcoming, with the team working towards a common goal, the release said.
Budniewski met his wife, Colleen, while she was also a part of the West Herr family, working at the Nissan OP location, the release said.
